The DDS Build Process

Consultation
Every engagement starts with a conversation. We discuss your intended use, preferences, and budget. No pressure — just an honest assessment of what will serve you best.

Specification & Quote
We produce a detailed written specification and itemized quote. You approve every component before we order a single part. No surprises.

Build & Fabrication
All work is performed in-house by our gunsmiths. We provide progress updates at key milestones. Your build never leaves our facility until it's complete.

Test & Verify
Every build is function-tested and accuracy-verified before delivery. Rifles are shot for groups. Pistols run 200 rounds minimum. We don't ship a firearm we haven't proven.

Delivery & Documentation
You receive your firearm with full build documentation — every component, spec, and test result. All FFL transfer requirements are handled by our team.
